All services can be purchased and booked separately from doula services if you so choose or you can purchase any three services as a package (excluding birth & postpartum doula service). All services are included with purchase of a Birth Doula Service.
Birth Doula
Services
When you book a birth doula service, you will receive all of the services listed in this section at no additional charge! This service is all inclusive and also includes a doula present at your side from the onset of early labor to up to two weeks postpartum. You will get access to a doula 24.7/365 for any and all concerns and questions related to your current pregnancy.
Lamaze
In Lamaze class, partners will go over how to breathe appropriately throughout the different stages of labor, how to conserve energy and push effectively, positioning, and some hypno-birthing techniques, how labor partner can aid with breathing, the delivery process and positive affirmation.
Postpartum Doula
Service
The role of a postpartum doula is not to replace the role of the parents but to optimize bonding post pregnancy and delivery. A postpartum doula takes care of daily things in order for the parents and siblings to enjoy their time with their newborn. A postpartum doula will aid you after your baby is born not just with infant care, questions and concerns but also with aiding in the delivering person's recovery process, rides to postpartum follow up doctors appointments, preparing meals, running errands, light housework, occupying siblings, pet care, etc. Your postpartum doula service is catered specifically to your household and family.
Childbirth Education
All childbirth education classes are held privately for the expectant families at a location of their choice. The class will include; how to create a birth plan, what to pack, how to prepare for the new arrival, what to expect prior to labor, stages of labor, stages of delivery, positioning, comfort measures, how the birthing person's partner can help during labor and delivery, what to expect postpartum with recovery and baby.

Baby Basics & Infant First Aid/CPR Classes
This service is offered as a class and/or a postpartum service as well. This is offered for partners who are interested in learning about breastfeeding and how to maximize their breastfeeding experience. This is also a great service for families who are unsure if they want to or can breastfeed. This class goes over breast milk production and the physiology behind it, positioning, diet, storage, other uses for breast milk, the pros and cons of breastfeeding vs. formula feeding and different ways someone can 'breastfeed baby'.
The baby basics class is designed to give expectant parents peace of mind for when baby comes home. We will go over the basic needs of infants and how to implement infant care, first aid and CPR properly and effectively; including swaddling, bathing, feeding/pacifying, putting baby to sleep, tummy time etc. We will go over what to expect at different milestones of babies life and how to get baby on a schedule that works for your family. This class is hands on experience.
Sibling Classes
This class is designed for families with children who are going to become older sibling(s), This is a hands on experience where children can see how they can help their parents care for their new sibling, play safely with the baby and ease any concerns that the older sibling to-be may have. This class includes a story time and goodie bag. The siblings will do a craft for their new sibling and receive a "Certified Big Brother/Big Sister award at the end of the class.
Wake-up Service
A wake up service is for those families who have a busy morning, where they need to get themselves off to work or school, or just need a "Mommy's Helper" to care for the new baby or family during the morning hours when things can be hectic. this is also helpful to those parents who just need help getting off to a good start for the day until things settle down. This service is catered to your families' specific wants and needs.
Prenatal &
Postnatal Yoga
This specifically designed yoga class is for expectant parents so as to exercise yoga practices safely and properly during pregnancy and newly postpartum parents. If you choose to participate this class is taught by certified yoga instructor, Samantha Plackis.
Maternity, Labor/Birth& Postpartum Photography
We are now offering maternity photography, labor/birth photography and postpartum photo shoots by request with a wonderful photographer,
Heather Malloy.
Belly Painting
& Casting
Belly painting and casting is a creative and fun way to commemorate your pregnancy. Casting: Choose to have just your pregnant belly at any and all stages of pregnancy casted or you can choose to have your bust done as well. You may include as many people as you like with the casting process. Supplies are provided. You may also choose to have your cast painted at a later date once it is dry. Belly Painting: Turn your bump into belly artwork and express your baby bump any way you like! Painting is done with non-toxic, body safe washable paint. Photos are done once painting is done. Supplies are provided.
Tuck-in
Service
This service is a great way to end a busy day with a new baby in the home. A doula will come to your home in the evening hours and help with the newborn and other siblings within the household so that parents can get themselves settled for the night and ready for the following day. The doula will deal with any needs the infant may have as well as getting any siblings turned in for the night. The doula will also help with nighttime routine for baby and get the baby settled before leaving the home. (Overnight doula services are available upon request and availability.)
